Base Ingredients

- Add and melt marshmallows: Stir in the marshmallows to the melted butters, occasionally stirring until approximately 75% of the marshmallows have melted.
- Finish melting off heat: Remove the saucepan from heat and continue stirring by pressing down on the marshmallows until fully melted and smooth in consistency.
- Alternative melting method: Alternatively, melt the butter, cookie butter, and marshmallows together in the microwave in bursts of high power for 1 to 1 ½ minutes, stirring in between to ensure an even melt.
- Combine melted mixture with cereal: Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the cereal and cookie pieces, stirring thoroughly until the cereal is well coated.
- Press mixture into pan: Transfer the sticky cereal mixture into the prepared square pan and gently press it down evenly to form a compact layer.
- Add cookie topping: Break the remaining Biscoff cookie into very small crumbs and sprinkle them evenly over the top of the treat layer.
