Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Gradually add warm water and stir to form a dough ball. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  2. Shape the Pizza Base: After rising, punch down the dough to release air. Roll it out on a floured surface into a circular shape, adjusting thickness to your preference.
  3. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 220°C (428°F) to ensure it is sufficiently hot for baking the pizza.
  4. Prepare the Toppings: Slice the goat cheese and gather other toppings such as honey, fresh rosemary, and optional cherry tomatoes.
